Montréal, May 30, 2024 - After a recent makeover revealed last week, the Village au Pied-du-Courant is ready to welcome guests starting June 13 for a series of festive Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with sandy toes and lively vibes, continuing until September 21. This summer promises to be sizzling on the riverfront as this beloved gathering returns, inviting people of all ages to groove to the sun-soaked sounds of the city's hottest collectives! Featuring "FIRE" evenings and "PARTY" Thursdays, the Village au Pied-du-Courant is the perfect happy hour spot. "COLLÉ-COLLÉ" Fridays will showcase the best musical collectives in Montréal, while "SUAVE" Saturdays will celebrate Latin culture through music and cuisine. The Village au Pied-du-Courant is open to everyone, with free admission before 7pm. and a modest $5 fee after.

Embodying the essence of an all-inclusive vacation spot where worries are left behind, the Village au Pied-du-Courant is a must-visit sunny destination for all Montrealers, offering four stylish and trendy soirées.
Kicking off in June, "PARTY" Thursdays will feature events on the 13th and 20th. Enjoy the funky beats of Voyage Funktastique and the vibrant afrobeats of Qualité de Luxe for a warm and communal experience! On Thursday, June 27, experience a "FIRE" evening with lit skies and beats played by the Groovy and Chill collective, Vo, Grid, Cidoine and the Goldmen Sax.
"COLLÉ-COLLÉ" Fridays launch on June 14 with Moonshine's Club Sagacité, featuring Spinelli, G Mako, A$H Banks, and Akantu. The glittery Discorinho Extravaganza follows on June 21 with French Vanilia, Kidelka, and Bolarinho. Then, the Laylit collective's oriental energy takes over on June 28, headlined by C Lia, Mounsz, MNSA, and Nadim Maghzal.
Finally, the next Saturdays of the month will be staunchly "SUAVE", starting with Flowkito. On June 15, muy caliente moments are in store with Baile da Zaza, stopnoxs, and Harold & Jampi. Frikiton will spice things up on Saturday, June 22, with DJ Camm, DJ Pana, Santofuego, and Lu B. And to round off our local vacation in style on Saturday, June 29, Whorito, La Niña Kiwi, mCherry, and Nana Zen will close out the first month of these warm, flavourful festivities, showcasing the unique spirit of Montréal's summer.
